Billing & Contract
Is Roadpress really €199/month?
Yes — the price is flat: €199/month, VAT not applicable (under French auto-entrepreneur tax status). No extra fees unless you request optional custom features.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Installation and configuration are 100% included in your subscription.
Are there any long-term commitments?
Yes. Roadpress requires a 12-month minimum commitment.
How do I pay?
You can pay yearly. We accept SEPA transfers and bank cards. Invoices are sent accordingly.
Can I get a quote or invoice with a VAT mention?
Yes. We provide full quotes and invoices — with a legal VAT-exemption mention.
Can I cancel at any time?
No. The first 12 months are non-refundable and non-cancellable. After that, cancellation is possible with 30 days' notice.
Usage & Features
What are the technical requirements to use Roadpress?
Roadpress is a WordPress plugin — that’s the only technical prerequisite. It works regardless of the TIMS (Tourism Information Management System) you're using, as long as your tourism data (POIs, articles, events…) is available or synced in WordPress.
Can I use Roadpress with my existing content?
Yes. You can reuse all your existing articles, pages, POIs, etc. — no rewriting needed.
Can I fully customize the booklet design?
Yes — you can fully adapt the booklet to match your brand identity: colors, logos, images, links, etc. You can choose from multiple pre-designed responsive templates, or request a 100% custom template, tailor-made for your territory (quoted separately).
Is there a limit to the number of travel booklets generated?
No. You can generate as many booklets as needed.
How many users or advisors are included?
Unlimited — within one local structure (e.g. a city tourism office or intermunicipal body). There is no per-user pricing, and all staff members from the licensed entity can access and use Roadpress.
Can I export visitor data?
Yes. You can export via Excel or API — both included in your plan.
Can I integrate Roadpress with our CRM?
Yes, but it’s an optional add-on and requires a custom integration quote.
